When you contact us or place an order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery or collection details, and what you ordered or asked about.

When you browse the website: basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, collected through the cookies the website needs to work.

We do not collect payment card details - this website does not take online payment.

We use your information to answer your enquiries; to confirm, prepare and deliver your orders; to keep the business records the law requires (for example for tax and accounting); and to keep the website working and improve it. We do not send marketing messages without your permission.
